Grand Ave. in Pullman,  at <strong>Rosauers</strong> at 411 N. Main in Moscow and also at the <strong>Panhandle Bakery</strong>. The bakery is located behind Rosauer's, one block north in the North Almon Business Park,  at 630 N Almon #110.  Local restaurants using our products are; the <strong>University Inn</strong>, <strong>The Red Door</strong>, <strong>Tucci's Italian Cocina</strong>, and <strong>Sister's Brew Coffeehouse</strong>. </p><p align="center">&nbsp;</p><p align="center">&nbsp;</p></blockquote></div><p> We proudly use Shepherd's Grain flour. This is grown by 'Columbia Plateau Producers' . A small group of progressive family farmers dedicated to sustainable agriculture. Shepherd's Grain products give conscientious bakers the opportunity to improve the quality of life in the Pacific Northwest by making environmentally sound farming, economically sustainable.
