 Primarily a wholesaler, we now have a small retail area at our bakery in Moscow and are members of 'Buy Local Moscow'. See us at the Moscow Farmer Market, Moscow Winter Market or come in and enjoy a sample of our day's offerings and take a tour of the bakery.
You can find our bread for sale at Otto's Produce on 6th and Jackson in Moscow, Dissmores IGA 1205 N. Grand Ave. in Pullman, at Rosauers at 411 N. Main in Moscow and also at the Panhandle Bakery. The bakery is located behind Rosauer's, one block north in the North Almon Business Park, at 630 N Almon #110. Local restaurants using our products are; the University Inn, The Red Door, Tucci's Italian Cocina, and Sister's Brew Coffeehouse.
We proudly use Shepherd's Grain flour. This is grown by 'Columbia Plateau Producers' . A small group of progressive family farmers dedicated to sustainable agriculture. Shepherd's Grain products give conscientious bakers the opportunity to improve the quality of life in the Pacific Northwest by making environmentally sound farming, economically sustainable. We also proudly use local Garlic from Twin Mt Organic Moscow, Idaho and Ronniger's Organic Potatoes grown in Moyie Springs, Idaho. 
Bakery doors are open Tues-Sat from 11am to 6pm. |
